Our Founder

Kelsey has had direct exposure to the landscape of Corporate America with 12 years at Coca-Cola.  Outside Coca-Cola, Kelsey has spent 8 years volunteering at the boys and girls club, where she fell in love with the impact of youth organizations.  Through her volunteering, she employed human centered design to evolve the concept of Big Village.

With joint experiences perfectly catered to the two sides of the platform, Kelsey's experience was made to architect Big Village.  Her approach to developing a synergistic solution ensures that anyone engaged with the platform comes away with an incremental value.
